- Saturday-Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm
- Thursday from 8 am to 2 pm

Ticket reservation for:
- New urology cases: Saturday to Wednesday 12 pm - 4 pm, These cases are seeing according to the assigned appointment registered on each ticket.
- Post operative follow-up cases, catheters changing cases, and and uretheral dilation cases are seeing: Sunday, Monday,Tuesday 8 am - 12 pm
Ticket reservation for:
- New nephrology cases on Sunday snd Tuesday 8 am - 12 Pm, these cases are seeing at the same time.
- Nephrology cases follow up Sunday - Tuesday 8 am - 4 pm
- Patients prepared for transplantation are seeing Saturday - Wednesday from 8 am - 4 pm
- transplant Patients Follow-up Saturday - Monday - Wednesday 8 am to 4 pm
Tickets reservation for patients are open Saturday to Wednesday 7 am- 1 pm (one Egyptian pound per ticket)
